Gift Vouchers can be purchased in increments of £10, £25 or £50 via PayPal or, if you prefer, pay by BACS and we will post one to you or the recipient.

PAYMENTS: We accept BACS or PayPal only. PayPal is a secure payment system that will allow you to use your credit or debit card. Once you have gone to the cart and paid for your purchase, you are protected by their terms. We do not receive any financial details and only receive contact details to enable delivery.

POST & PACKAGING: rates are UK only and will
be added at the checkout. If you are elsewhere, please email.
In the interest of reducing waste, we recycle packaging.
DELIVERY: your purchase will be sent using a courier, Royal Mail, or ParcelForce, whichever is most appropriate. Non-delivery/loss insurance is included but certain items may need additional cover. You will be advised. Gift deliveries are also available, please send the address with your payment.
RETURNS:
STOCK Items: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund. We must be notified within 14 days. Refunds will only be given for unused items. Return costs are the buyers responsibility. If the item has arrived damaged, take a photo and send to us asap. We will ask you to return the item so ensure you get proof of postage and supply evidence so a claim can be made against the delivery service.
COMMISSIONS: custom products that are made to order are subject to different legal terms regarding returns. A full information sheet will be sent prior to commencement of any commission.
GIFT VOUCHERS: vouchers can be used as full or part-payment against any purchase from See Through Sand and are valid for three months from date of purchase. They are non-refundable and have zero cash value. Contact us here for more details.
