GIFT VOUCHERS
Looking for a special present but not sure what to buy?
Gift Vouchers can be purchased in increments of £10, £25 or £50 via PayPal or, if you prefer, pay by BACS and we will post one to you or the recipient.

PAY PAL – add one voucher from the drop down menu into the cart. You can then increase the total by adding extra vouchers.

PAYMENTS: We accept BACS or PayPal only. PayPal is a secure payment system that will allow you to use your credit or debit card. Once you have gone to the cart and paid for your purchase, you are protected by their terms. We do not receive any financial details and only receive contact details to enable delivery. Click the logo for further PayPal information or
email for BACS instructions.
POST & PACKAGING: rates are UK only and will be added at the checkout. If you are elsewhere, please email. In the interest of reducing waste, we recycle packaging.
DELIVERY: your purchase will be sent using a courier, Royal Mail, or ParcelForce, whichever is most appropriate. Non-delivery/loss insurance is included but certain items may need additional cover. You will be advised. Gift deliveries are also available, please send the address with your payment.
RETURNS:
All items purchased through this site are 100% handmade, hence refunds are not obligatory – as governed by UK Law – unless an item is damaged or faulty. There is more information here.
STOCK Items: if you are not satisfied with an online purchase, you can return it for an exchange/credit note. We must be notified within 14 days. Return costs are the buyers responsibility. First, please take photos of any damage/fault and send to us asap for discussion. Ensure you get proof of postage in case a claim can be made against the delivery service. Items purchased in person (eg, at an exhibition) can be only exchanged or a credit note given.
COMMISSIONS: custom/handmade products that are made to order are subject to different legal terms regarding returns. A full information sheet is available on request or here.
GIFT VOUCHERS: vouchers can be used as full or part-payment against any purchase from this site and are valid for three months from date of purchase. They are non-refundable and have zero cash value. Contact us here for more details.
