Thailand | an introduction to diving

Halgerda nudibranch Commonly dubbed the land of smiles, Thailand easily lives up to it’s scuba diving reputation. With some of the richest reefs in the region, it might be hard to choose which part to visit first until you discover that the country is surprisingly weather dependant.

Half the year you dive on the west along the splendid reefs in the Andaman Sea, which border the Thai coast and reach up into Myanmar. The other half of the year, the gentle reefs around the islands off the eastern coast in the Gulf of Thailand can be surprising.
